- We’re a two-person studio run by Sia and Jerry from Panda Country, specializing in handcrafting all kinds of cream glue artworks.
- We create one-of-a-kind cream glue pieces tailored exclusively for you. Our handcrafted items including phone cases, phone stands and speakers are all made with high-quality materials. XD
- We accept custom orders based on any design you send—feel free to message us for inquiries, even if the item isn’t listed in our shop.
- Our goal is to bring you joy with our heartfelt craftsmanship, and we hope you love our works。 ：）
Support
Delivery
- After receiving your order, we will prepare your phone case within 2-3 days (depending on our current order volume).
- Once finished, it will take about 3-5 days to air dry (depending on the product type).
- We will ship it out right after it’s fully dried, and standard shipping takes 10-15 days.
- So the total time from your order placement to delivery is usually 15-23 days.
Returns
- All our products are custom-made to your requirements and device models, so they cannot be resold if you no longer need them.
- Therefore, refunds for personal reasons are only accepted within 36 hours of order placement. We sincerely apologize that we cannot process any refund requests made after this 36-hour window.
- If you selected the wrong device model or design specifications due to personal reasons, we can make a free replacement once before shipment. If the item has already been shipped, a 50% additional fee will be charged to create the correctly customized version for you.
After-sales
- However, small charms may fall off occasionally due to shipping issues. You can use super glue to reattach them, and we will include a small portion of super glue with every order.
- After you receive your product, if the wrong device model was sent due to our error, we will remake and ship a new one for you free of charge.
- If your product is damaged or has issues caused by customs or shipping logistics, we will also offer a free remake or a full refund.
